Yes, that's right. Konami is actually asking you the fan for your concept art drawings for the Silent Hill Downpour campaign it's holding which they are naming "Be Buried in Silent Hill!" What does this mean for you? Easy, if you submit your own art of burial sculptures, and Konami picks them for the win, they get rendered into the Downpour Silent Hill graveyard. Not bad. But pay attention because your art must be original and not rehashes of existing Silent Hill characters or other art.
